Summary: 

The Russo-Ukraine war shows a flaw in the logistics of Russian military with setbacks due to problems in resupply. In an event of China's invasion of Taiwan, US intervention is crucial to defend the island's democracy. Despite having the best military, US carrier group have a problem in the fueling infrastructure which delays intervention or making intervention costly, providing China a loophole for exploitation. The US can solve these problems by supporting the US Merchant fleet, repairing WWII airfields in the Pacific, building hardened storage tanks, and leveraging commercial infrastructures.
